Drone Documentation provides high-resolution aerial photographs of visible roof areas that may be difficult to observe from the ground, helping customers maintain a clearer record of their roof’s condition.

Storm Prep Inspection

A Storm Prep Inspection provides a visual roof-condition review before storm season or an expected severe-weather event, helping identify visible maintenance concerns that may deserve attention before conditions deteriorate.

Roof Debris Removal
$20 Per Month (Essential)
The Roof Cleaning Add-On provides light removal of loose leaves, branches, palm fronds, seed pods, and ordinary organic debris from safely accessible roof areas. This is a debris-focused maintenance service and is not pressure washing or chemical roof cleaning.

Repair Up to 10 Tiles
$25 Per Month (All Memberships)
This add-on provides minor maintenance for up to 10 qualifying individual field tiles during each rolling 12-month service period. It is intended for limited tile replacement or resetting—not leak repair, underlayment repair, or major roof restoration.

Gutter Cleaning
$25 Per Month (All-Memberships)
The Gutter Cleaning Add-On provides one annual cleaning of ordinary loose debris from safely accessible gutters and basic visible downspout openings.

Silicone Maintenance
$45 Per Penetration (All Memberships)
Silicone Maintenance provides basic preparation and application of compatible roofing sealant around eligible individual penetrations showing ordinary sealant deterioration.

Discounted Repair Rates
$50-$100 Per Month
The Discounted Repair Rate gives eligible members a percentage discount on qualifying permanent roof repairs performed directly by LRR. The discount applies to the first $10,000 of qualifying repairs combined during each rolling 12-month membership period.

Essential: No Discount - Can Purchase 5% at $50/Mo. or 10% at $100/Mo.
Priority: 5% Discount - Can Upgrade to 10% at $50/Mo.
Premier: 10% Discount - Capped at 10%
Emergency Priority Support
$50-$100 Per Month
Members receive service before non-members. Emergency Priority Support does not include repair labor, materials, tarping, dispatch charges, equipment, or water mitigation unless separately authorized. It does not guarantee an arrival or repair-completion time.
