Roof Cleaning

The Roof Cleaning Add-On provides light removal of loose leaves, branches, palm fronds, seed pods, and ordinary organic debris from safely accessible roof areas. This is a debris-focused maintenance service and is not pressure washing or chemical roof cleaning.

Gutter Cleaning

Repair Up to 10 Tiles

Silicone Maintenance

Silicone Maintenance provides basic preparation and application of compatible roofing sealant around eligible individual penetrations showing ordinary sealant deterioration.

Discounted Repair Rates
$50-$100 Per Month
The Discounted Repair Rate gives eligible members a percentage discount on qualifying permanent roof repairs performed directly by LRR. The discount applies to the first $10,000 of qualifying repairs combined during each rolling 12-month membership period.

Priority: 5% Discount - Can Upgrade to 10% at $50/Mo.

Emergency Priority Support

Members receive service before non-members. Emergency Priority Support does not include repair labor, materials, tarping, dispatch charges, equipment, or water mitigation unless separately authorized. It does not guarantee an arrival or repair-completion time.
